About Me
My gender adventure started at the age of 4. At that time I already knew something was wrong with me. I knew I was supposed to be a girl and didn't know what to do. So I secretly started wearing mom's underwear and shoes. When school started I was very jealous of all the girls and their pretty dresses and hoped that someday I would be like them.
The years went on and I began dressing in earnest around age 13. When my parents were working I would get all dolled up and parade around the house. It was the only time I felt "right" in those days.
When I turned 18 I decided that I couldn't keep the way I was a secret anymore and came out to my parents and a bunch of friends. Everyone's reaction really took me by surprise. My friends were all great! My mom told me she had always known I'd wanted to be a girl, and about my crossdressing. My Dad was even very supportive.
At age 22 I attended a gathering of local TG people, and together we founded the Masquerade support group. Finding others like me was the best thing that ever happend! Took a huge weight off my chest.
I recently came to a point in my life where I realized I could no longer go on living the way I was. 6 years ago I buried the female part of myself because I was afraid of where it was going, and when it all came flooding back last year it forced me to acknowledge who and what I really am.
I have been transitioning since September '07, on HRT since March '08, and living full time since August 30 '08.
