As of Novemeber 2007 I finally decided that at the age of 31 I was ready to start the process of transition into full-time womanhood! I could no longer keep up the pretence of my male persona, it was nothing short of totally fake and was time to be true to myself and move forwards!
I have been dressing for 28 years, since the age of 4 and have a naturally female persona and voice that matches my appearance. and now I plan to let it shine for good! I have been seeing a therapist for 18 months and am currently visiting the Gender Dysphoria Clinic at Charing Cross, London on a regular basis too. My plan is to plan begin full time transition in January 2009 once the necessary preperations have been made to do so smoothly and successfully. I have been on hormones (Anti-andros, Oestrogen and Progesterone) for almost 2 years under my own supervision which is not ideal or recommended but that's how desperate I have been to break free! I must add however that my blood chemistry is now being monitored at Charing Cross to ensure safe levels are maintained.
I am looking for friendship and if possible support from other convincing younger TS's on here and am always keen to meet new people especially girls, Pre or Post-Op Transsexuals or genetic females of my own age or thereabouts in the UK. (SORRY BUT NO CD's OR TV's PLEASE as I am seeking more advice and sharing life experiences in transition).
My interests are Dance/House music (I am a writer/producer and DJ), shopping, hair & beauty, cooking, keeping fit, creative writing and clubbing/pubbing/socialising.
