Feb. 3, 2012: Third facial electrolysis session done today in Oak Park; three down, dozens to go.....

I'm taking all my Wednesday suppers (6-7 p.m.) at the Forest View Lounge (4519 S. Harlem Ave.). Hope there to meet more of my metro Chicago sisters (and other sisters passing through) for girl talk.

My best Christmas present in 2011 was a new BF, "D." Yes, right here in metro Chicago.

PUBLIC CROSSDRESSING: Recent highlights (partial list only--my bad!):
Sept. 8 -- Clothes shopping at the Brown Elephant, Oak Park.
Sept. 22, Nov. 2 -- Forest View Lounge. One of my favorite venues; always happy to meet friends there; let me know if you want to coordinate.
Nov. 3 -- Bought some dresses at Salvation Army (save that $) in Chicago Heights.
Nov. 16 -- Lunched at "Mama and Me Pizza" in Homewood.
Dec. 14, 16, 22 -- Meals with friends at Forest View Lounge.
Dec. 23 -- Shared a delightful mall morning with "D" (locations always private when shared with him).
Jan. 4, 18, 25; Feb. 1 -- Forest View Lounge

I've moved beyond the occasional outings in the "safe" LGBT neighborhoods and venues. Now my main focus is dressing and getting in the general community, for shopping and meals. BTW, I DO pass! In addition to "D" (see above), my other focus is on furthering my makeup skills.
