About Me

Hi - I guess I might be considered something of a "newbie", but inside of me, I'm not. Since I was about 10, I've wanted to experience being a girl, especially in the fashion world. For over 30 years, I've been a closet CD, but now I'm taking steps one at a time to openly enjoy my newfound fashion freedom. I started out by wearing nylons or tights with shorts. My favorite look is anything athletic - cheerleader, dancer, majorette, gymnast, runner, etc. as long as nylons or tights are part of it. I would like to expand my fashion choices a little more now - try wearing a skirt, wedges, flats, strappy sandals, and sleeveless tops just to name a few things. Plus, I would like to improve my hair and facial apperance, not to mention accessorize my outfits. I consider myself a genuine, down-to-earth person. I have an intense dislike for cultural stereotypes and labels. I am looking to make new friends and share experiences and ideas, and maybe "learn the ropes" from some of our more experienced members. I am a straight person - if I contact you, it's because I'm interested in meeting new friends; I'm not looking for a "date". I am not at all shy about going out in public with anyone - we're here to help and support each other!

A new year is coming upon us! Starting in 2008, I will be going by Jessica. By then, I will be well into building my "girly" wardrobe, and will be learning the art of makeup. On top of that, I'll be doing something with this hideous hair of mine!! Stay tuned for some new pics :^)
