About Me
I'm Scots/Irish, 5'9", with long cinnamon red hair and jade green eyes - with a flare for the zest in life. Yes, I can be a handful: feisty, opinionated, confounding and, at times, exasperating. You may resolve yourself to spending the rest of your life wondering "What is she going to do next?" At the very least, seldom would you be bored. I can be well at home in jeans and a T-shirt at a back yard BBQ or in elegant evening wear at a black-tie social.
I've given up on the concept of finding some internet "magical love connection." I'm here for something totally different!
I'm a former lead vocalist for a southern rock band and have studied operetic voice for 17 years! I want to put a new group together. But, this one is going to be different. It will be a Vegas quality 50's and 60's girl group ... with a twist: 3 women ... well, not quite 3 women. At least one, maybe 2 is not really female - you tell me which are or are not real! We're not telling!
1) If you are at least a tenor and can, at least, carry a tune in your own bucket, I will get you hitting soprano in under a month!
2) If you are between 5'7 and 6'0 and can appear some what passable - within that same month, you'll get to be passable enough to order a drink at a biker bar! (Hell, they'll buy them for you!)
3) If you are willing to work (mind you, it is fun work) and put in the time and effort, I do have industry experience and a few connections.
4) If you do not meet the above qualifications: We do need assistants, costume people, make-up artists, musicians, a SOUND PERSON promoters, etc ...
Oh, one other thing... if it is of any help to anyone, I also have two graduate degrees (one in psychobiology, with a specialty in human sexuality and neuroscience) and have spent a few years as a therapist - I have also written several of those pesky little letters, so many people on t
