MY STORY: Well mine is not much different than many others. My wife of ten years helped me to discover and accept who I really am. She was more than a wife she was a best friend, stood by my side and encouraged me to be the woman that I am. Without her encouragement I may have never found my true self. I owe her everything.
One day she left and took my children with her. I am sure she has her own reasoning for doing such a thing but I suspect it has more to do with the social stigma being an openly trans women brings, I guess I can't really blame her.
In a very short period of time everything in my life fell apart, and I lost everything I had worked so hard to get. After losing it all I decided that I needed to start fresh and rebuild it all, I hope this time will be an easier journey. Many times have we all said if we could only go back with the knowledge that we have and start over... well...... :)
Here I am rising out of the ashes, this time I am writing the story and I am in control of my own destiny. I am so much happier this time and have the drive and ambition that I always held back free and anew. If you are not with me please move over, here I come!!!
