About Me

Hi everyone, my name is Jeff and I live in the Metro Detroit area. I was referred to this site by a friend who happens to be a transgender woman, who knew i was interested in meeting girls like her but closer to my age. (I am 31).

I am looking to meet new friends with hopes of maybe something more one day. I am NOT looking to "hook up" or have one night stands. I am l hoping to meet someone around my age that shares similar interests as me, but am willing to be friends with any nice person.

A little about me:

I am 31, and worked in the auto industry after high school until I was 24, when i was permanently laid off. I then joined the U.S. Army Infantry and served just under 3 years when i was Honorably Discharged after being injured in training. Since then I have been going to school full time working towards a degree in I.T. Networking, while also working part time to try and make ends meet. Since I am not done with school I am not in a place to "take care" of a girl, but I am looking for a long term commitment eventually.

I consider myself a pretty normal guy. I love the outdoors, and everything that goes with that. I am a huge Detroit Tigers fan, and love watching their games on TV. (I know girls that isn't helping lol) I would much rather stay home and watch movies than go out to a club, and am hoping to find a friend that feels the same way. I am a movie buff, who enjoys something with a decent plot, like indie films, over the newest blockbuster out there. I also like to read, everything from internet baseball blogs to the works of Ernest Hemingway.

If there is anything else you would like to know about me, don't be afraid to ask. I am a very open and caring person (sometimes too much for my own good).
