Transcend's purpose is to address the systemic social, political, and economic conditions that negatively affect trans people, intersex people, and our family members. We:
* provide peer support and advocacy for trans people, intersex people, and family members
* organize workshops on issues relating to sex and gender diversity, equity, and the social, legal, workplace, and health issues that affect our communities
* publish information for our communities and for service providers
