About Me

My name is Kassandra George. I live in Springfield, MO. I am 34 years old and FINALLY getting ready to begin my transition. I am at that confusing crossroad of trying to go to school, change occupations, etc.
I have just completed all the legal backlash short of name change. That will happen when I start college this Fall. I try not to dislike anything or anyone because I so fearfully worry about regressing back to the way I was in dealing with things. (Yall' know what I mean)
I was one of those (alpha-male?) types who hated themselves and subsequently, everything else. I had no way to self-identify except with agression. That's no longer a problem as I try to see everything in a positive way so I don't get upset about things and dwell on a bunch of crap. Life is to short to dwell on negatives, especially as much of it as I have already wasted.

  Kelly 2/15/2010 13:01 For those of you who knew her and haven't heard, Kassidy passed away July 19, 2009 due to lung cancer. She was without doubt the most selfless, loving person I ever knew, and I was very fortunate to be her partner for 5 1/2 wonderful years. She will be missed.
