Do clothes really make the man? I'm not sure ... you ladies are probably in a better position to judge!!

I was inspired to create a profile on this site because I have a very, very special cross dresser as my life partner and I want to join him in supporting and connecting with the URNA community.

I have a lot of respect for individuals who are introspective enough to question societal rules and choose what's right for them (instead of blindly accepting traditional perspectives). I appreciate the courage it takes to transcend traditional gender roles. I took a lot of flack for being a tomboy growing up and to this day I'm not much of a "girly girl." I have a dominant personality, I'm very independent, I like kick-boxing, weight-lifting, and extreme sports and I have never ever been attracted to a “typical guy.” As a woman, I have enjoyed having the freedom to act like whichever gender I choose. I know that men generally have significantly more obstacles to overcome in order to experience that same liberation, but I applaud all who try.
