About Me

28 years old, white, 6' 235lbs (with muscular shoulders and arms that promise great hugs, but some extra pounds around the middle that I'm hitting the gym to get rid of), buzzed brown hair, brown eyes, a trimmed yet slightly-scruffy beard at the moment and a warm smile that might turn a tiny bit impish when I like you:P

I'm easy to get along with, and able to carry on an informed and intelligent conversation across a wide breadth of topics. I'm single, liberal, passionate, intelligent, college-educated at a great school, and considerate. I have diverse interests, and don't really conform to a single scene...I can be fairly cultured or charmingly lowbrow. I'm laid-back, with a witty but offbeat sense of humor, am a pretty good listener, try my best to be sensitive, and am a loyal friend in general. 420 friendly, but not into hard drugs. I grew up in the area, and after the detour to college in California, I've been living in DC for over 4 years and am thoroughly familiar with the city and surrounding area. I'm into checking out new places, doing new things, and exploring the city... museums, walking around DC's neighborhoods, the monuments and mall, bars, sometimes clubs, lounges, wine, coffeeshops, movies, lots of concerts, politics, restaurants, etc.

I'm hoping to meet some new friends to hang out with...maybe over drinks, coffee, dinner/dessert/snack (depending on the timeframe), fresh air on a roof deck, some live music, or anything else that'd be fun for us to go check out around town. Hopefully this will turn out to be the start of an ongoing friendship...and if we connect, I'm single and would be happy to date seriously too.

I'm looking for someone smart, funny, creative, sexy, sweet, and/or somewhere left-of-center. And of course, major cuteness is a plus as well;) It'd be cool if you're younger than 35 if you're looking to date (age doesn't really matter if you just have friendship in mind).
