About Me

6'2" I am currently working for a major electronics firm. Throughout the week, I normally just do the whole job thing seasoned with plenty of reading (theology, philosophy, history, Classics, and my dirty little pleasure of the occasional Anne Rice), netting (far too much for my own good), and music (I play a number of instruments, arrange, and sometimes compose). NOTICE: Decidedly non-outdoorsy and vehemently anti-NASCAR. On the weekends, I usually hang out with friends and relax or go clubbing (not too much anymore... who wants to be clocked pushin' 30 in a 22-yo zone?), shopping (necessities, I assure you), to the symphony (elitism's not just for the rich), or to a soiree... whatever catches my fancy. Of course, I also like to have me-time when I can just hide away from the world and get back to myself. Anyway, I'm honest, emotionally available, low-maintenance, sincere and expecting the same in return.

I've been known to fall into the typical red-head role... feisty, spirited, relentless. A good match for me would not back down from discussing "hard" topics and would see debate as a form of exercise rather than an argument. He'd also never give up just to shut me up and would be able to put me back in my place. A healthy curiosity about the world around him (with a good grounding in the practical) would hold him in very good stead.

My perfect (note - not the only) guy:
Taller than me a big plus, with broad shoulders, brown/black hair with blue/green eyes, very smart, age within five years of mine, intellectual and musical (can keep up with me in debates - especially theological/philosophical - or duets), loves cuddling, kind, outwardly a cynic, secretly soft-hearted, sarcastic and witty sense of humor, at least two years of college, Christian (preferably Calvinist), romantic and affectionate, enjoys cats, likes to cook, not afraid to dance, is not ashamed of himself or me.
