About Me
What can I say about myself? well clearly I don't fit into society's expectations - no man who sometimes dresses as a woman does. But then we all have something unique and different about us don't we? I am currently on a journey of self discovery and acceptance which has taken all of my adult life to date. I am still on that journey. Now I did not choose to be this way but I also don't believe that God creates junk. I am this way for a reason. So I see Joanna as an expression of a side of myself that is strong and ever present.
I also don't define myself as a crossdresser. Instead I define myself as a person who happens to crossdress - for me that is an important distinction as there is a lot more to me than just this facet of myself.
Getting closer to understanding how being transgendered affects my life and striving to strike the right balance in order to gain inner peace. The ying and the yang, the male and female in me. So while Joanna has been with me for a long time she was not always a welcome addition to my life. It was not until I hit 40 that I started to grasp what all this was about and how to fit it in harmoniously instead of fighting it.
Do I have all the answers? no. But for the first time in my life I am being honest with myself and so no more purges for this girl.
Would love to hear from others and hook up at some point for a chat or java if we are close enough! I am also very open to meeting an accepting gg for friendship or possibly a long term relationship (if the chemistry were right of course). I do clean up to look quite male with the make up and the dress off. Not into men at all but will chat with anyone who approaches me intelligently and with manners.
