About Me

Like most of us, I started young 7 or 8 ish, don't quite remember for sure. I do remember it started out with a wig, that is probably the reason I have a wig fetish.

I finally had time to let Nessa get a few breaths of air into her body... and I FINALLY WENT OUT!

On 4/9/09 I managed to escape and treat myself to a makeover, which led to making 2 incredible new friends, Josett and Michelle! After my makeover, they convinced me I should go out and have lunch with them... I did! Not only did we go out to lunch, it was during the peak lunch time hours and it was at Chilis! I was a little on the scared side but I walked tall, didn't look away and nobody looked at me funny, nothing was said to me it turned out I was scared for nothing. I loved going out and I will now try to go out at least twice a year from now on. (just need to get the wife's ok on that one though).

Now I have to talk about the makeover. I have had 5 makeovers in the past with 4 different businesses and 5 different artists. I enjoyed all of my past makeovers to varying degrees. I will never switch again. I went to Trading Faces Orlando and the experience I had went above and beyond any of my other makeover experiences. Josett evaluated my clothing choices, hair choices, and gave me tips about clothing and accessories that I would have never thought about. Her makeover was done with makeup found in most stores... which was a first for me. When she was done, I didn't feel like I had 2 1/2 pounds of makeup on my face it was great. Then after the makeover we went out to lunch with her friend and that was truly one of the top 10 moments in my life. The most important thing that happened to me on that Thursday though was I now have one of the greatest friends that I could have ever hoped for in Josett. She is an incredible woman, patient, caring, full of life and very honest.
