Hi, I'm Brooke
I am a passionate, sensitive person with wonderfully eccentric hobbies and career (television, theater, film and photography).
I identify as a transsexual, I'm at the beginning stages of transition. Finally! I’ve been so slow as I’m scared to come out in the corporate media world I live in. I know that sounds strange given what I do. I’ve always said, it’s easier to be gay with what I do than to be T. If it were only that easy!
I’ve trying now to come up with an exit plan. Got any ideas?
I have been told I am nicely passable. I am single, never married but I've found a wonderful TG partner who gets me. We live together.
I am outgoing, well traveled, and enjoy the fine pleasures of life. I take great care to present myself well.
I’ve been truly blessed by all the support of my friends and hope I can help someone as they have questions about being T.
I live in Washington DC area and formerly lived in Nashville TN. I'm currently on the board of TGEA as the Director of Publications. I am editor of the Pinnacle, a monthly newsletter. TGEA is a dc area transgender support group.
